New Issue: JPMorgan sells $175,000 capped dual directional contingent buffered notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., April 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $175,000 of 0% capped dual directional contingent buffered equity notes due May 6, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at 10%.

If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 26.75%, payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
