New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $643,000 PLUS linked to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., April 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $643,000 of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 12, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If both indexes finish at or above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par plus 155% of any gain of the least performing index.

Investors will be exposed to any losses of the least performing index.
