Olympia, Wash., April 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $10 million of 0% autocallable securities due April 20, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 16% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.
If the notes are not called, investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index if it falls by more than 15%.
