New Issue: Barclays sells $4.43 million SuperTrack notes on S&P 500, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, April 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.43 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due April 10, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.22 times any gain in the lesser performing index.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.
