Columbus, Ohio, April 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.48 million of 0% upturn securities due April 11, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 185% of the gain of the lesser performing index.
Investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
