Chicago, April 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.91 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due April 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index below its initial level.
