Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes on S&P 500, the Dow

Los Angeles, April 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 14, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.35 times any gain in the lesser performing index.

If the lesser performing index falls but by no more than 20%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on April 9.

The Cusip number is 06747PLZ0.
