New Issue: Barclays prices $930,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on Dow, S&P

Olympia, Wash., April 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $930,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 31, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.07 times any gain in the lesser performing index.
If either index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index beyond 20%.
