JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on index basket

Olympia, Wash., March 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due March 14, 2022 linked to a basket of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx Select Dividend 30 index with a 40% weight and the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 10% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.07 times any basket gain.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 9.

The Cusip number is 48132KEP6.
