New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.11 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., March 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.11 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Aug. 27, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,168 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
