New Issue: UBS prices $2.73 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.73 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Aug. 23, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,105 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
