New Issue: Barclays sells $950,000 protected notes on S&P 500 Dynamic Veqtor

Chicago, Dec. 16 - Barclays Bank plc priced $950,000 of 0% notes due Dec. 19, 2018 based on the S&P 500 Dynamic Veqtor Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.
