JPMorgan plans CDs due 2025 linked to S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10%

Olympia, Wash., July 23 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% Excess Return index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 100% to 115% of any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Advisors Asset Management is distributor.

The CDs will price July 31.

The Cusip number is 48128HR42.
