Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.84 million of 0% notes due Aug. 19, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 190% of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
