AutoNation to sell fixed-rate notes in tranches due 2028 and 2031

Knoxville, Tenn., July 26 – AutoNation Inc. expects to price fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches due in 2028 and 2031, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes initially feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Truist Securities Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The automotive retailer is based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
