Ace Cash to price $45 million tap of 10¼% notes due 2014 on Thursday

St. Louis, Oct. 31 - Ace Cash Express Inc. plans to price a $45 million add-on to its 10¼% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2014 (existing ratings Caa1/B-) on Thursday, according to market sources.

Bear Stearns & Co. is the bookrunner.

The notes become callable on Oct. 1, 2010 at 105.125.

The original $175 million issue priced at par on Sept. 26, 2006.

Ace Cash is a Dallas-based provider of retail check-cashing services.
