ACE Cash Express roadshow for $175 million eight-year notes expected next week via Bear Stearns

St. Louis, Sept. 11 - ACE Cash Express, Inc., is expected to begin a roadshow next week for its $175 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B-), according to market sources.

Bear Stearns & Co. will have the books for the Rule 144A deal.

The company will also put in place a $400 million credit facility.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of the company by JLL Partners, Inc., which will provide $178 million in equity financing.

ACE Cash Express is a retailer of financial services, including check cashing, short-term consumer loans, bill payment and prepaid debit card services. The company has headquarters in Dallas.
