Southern Online may issue up to Rs. 1.92 billion in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 15 - Southern Online Bio Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue up to Rs. 1.92 billion in convertible securities at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 28.

Southern Online is a biodiesel company based in Hyderabad, India.
