Portland, Ore., April 13 – Autodis SA announced on Friday that it priced €80 million of its Euribor plus 437.5 basis points senior secured floating-rate notes due 2022 at 100.5.
Proceeds will be used to repay about €36 million under its revolving credit facility agreement entered into on Oct. 26, 2016 and for general corporate purposes.
The issuer is a Paris-based distributor of aftermarket spare parts for light vehicles.
