Autodis calls €270 million 6½% notes, €140 million 9%/9¾% notes

Chicago, Nov. 1 – Autodis SA issued a conditional call for its €270 million principal amount of 6½% senior secured notes due 2019.

Dakar Finance SA also issued a redemption notice for €140 million of outstanding 9%/9¾% senior HoldCo pay-if-you-can notes due 2020.

The 6½% notes will be redeemed on Nov. 14 for a total redemption price of €283,721,250, which consists of 103.25% of €240 million principal amount, or €247.8 million, and 103% of €30 million principal amount, or €30.9 million, plus accrued to but excluding the redemption date of €5,021,250, according to a company notice. The record date is Nov. 11.

The 9%/9¾% notes will be redeemed on Nov. 15 at a total price of €149.1 million, which amounts to 102% of par, plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of €6.3 million, according to a separate notice. The record date is Nov. 14.

The calls are contingent on Autodis pricing €510 million senior secured notes due 2022.

Autodis is an Arcueil, France-based supplier of automobile and truck parts.
