South Placer Wastewater Authority, Calif., offers $96.83 million bonds

New York, March 22 - The South Placer Wastewater Authority of California is expected to sell $96.825 million of series 2011 wastewater revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $66.825 million of series 2011C bonds and $30 million of series 2011D Sifma index bonds.

The bonds (Aa3/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.

The 2011C bonds are due 2011 to 2025, and the 2011D bonds are due 2014 to 2015.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 2008A-B bonds.
