South Dakota Health to sell $54.5 million of bonds for Regional Health

New York, Nov. 2 - The South Dakota Health and Educational Facilities Authority is expected to sell $54.495 million of series 2011 revenue bonds for Regional Health, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Piper Jaffray & Co. as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to fund a loan to the obligated group for the construction, acquisition, renovation and remodeling of Regional Health facilities, as well as to refund existing debt.
