By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 24 - A group of SourceForge, Inc. investors led by Trivium Capital Management, LLC sold 4,074,234 shares between July 7 and Sept. 19.

The shares were priced from $1.28 to $1.57 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Trivium beneficially owns 3.85 million shares, or 5.6%, of the Mountain View, Calif.-based company.

In June, Trivium reported owning 11.1% of SourceForge. Trivium had urged the company to buy back shares with its excess capital, prior SEC filings said.

SourceForge owns and operates a network of media web sites serving IT professionals.
