Sotherly Hotels calls $25 million 7.25% $25-par notes due 2021

Morgantown, W.Va., April 22 – Sotherly Hotels Inc.’s operating partnership, Sotherly Hotels LP, plans to redeem all $25 million of its 7.25% $25-par senior notes due 2021 on May 19.

The notes will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the paying agent.

The real estate investment trust is based in Williamsburg, Va.
