New Issue: Austria’s OeKB prices $1.5 billion 1.75% three-year notes at 99.756

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 18 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG priced $1.5 billion of 1.75% three-year notes (Aa1/AA+) at Treasuries plus 39.15 basis points on Wednesday, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pricing was at 99.756.

The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.

Bookrunners were Barclays Bank plc, Goldman Sachs International and HSBC Bank plc.

The export and financial services company for Austrian businesses is based in Vienna.
