Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 11 – Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (Aa1/AA+) priced a $1 billion offering of 4.125% three-year global notes at 99.86 on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria.
The spread priced at 21.98 basis points over the benchmark Treasury.
Barclays Bank Ireland plc, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC Bank plc are the underwriters for the SEC-registered deal.
The notes will be issued on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Exchange.
Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital markets.
