Somanta Pharmaceuticals inks research agreement with University of Bradford

New York, March 23 - Somanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. said it entered into a collaborative research agreement with the University of Bradford, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Under the agreement, Somanta will fund Bradford's research on some of its patents related to cancer.
The agreement is effective as of March 1.
The Irvine, Calif., pharmaceutical company is focused on cancer treatments.
