Somanta stock now trades as SMPM on OTC Bulletin Board

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 15 - Somanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. said its common stock is now quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the stock trading symbol "SMPM."

Quotation follows effectiveness of the company's SB-2 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As of Aug. 10, the company had 30,954,569 shares outstanding.

Somanta is an Irvine, Calif. specialty oncology company.
