Solutia's equity committee list amended

Washington, Jan. 11 - Solutia Inc.'s official equity committee membership was amended for the third time by the U.S. Trustee's Office, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The membership is now: Jonathan Couchman of Couchman Partners LP; Robert Hoffman of Candlewood Capital Management; Jeffrey Watkins of Prescott Group Capital Management LLC; Richard Kuersteiner of Franklin Advisors Inc.; and Douglas Dethy of D.C. Capital Advisors Limited.

Solutia, a St. Louis-based chemical company, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 17, 2003. Its Chapter 11 case number is 03-17949.
