ANZ Banking extends early call of $30 million zero-coupon notes to Aug. 3

New York, July 23 – Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Ltd. has extended the early optional call for its $30 million of zero-coupon notes due 2042 to Aug. 3 from July 13.

All of the notes will be redeemed under the notes’ call option for $41,100,115.80, according to a regulatory release. Payment will be made on Aug. 6.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the principal paying agent for the transaction.

The financial services company is based in Melbourne.
