New Issue: Australia and New Zealand Banking sells $75 million 5.04% notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 15 – Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. sold $75 million 5.04% fixed-rate notes due Feb. 17, 2025 (AA-), according to a final term sheet.

The Regulation S notes priced at par.

The notes are non-callable.

Merrill Lynch International was the dealer.

The notes were issued under the bank’s $60 billion euro medium-term note program.

The issuer is a Melbourne-based financial services company.
