Societe Generale plans issues of Commodities Booster Plus Notes

New York, March 12 - Societe Generale, New York Branch plans to issue Commodities Booster Plus Notes linked to a basket of commodities from time to time, according to a term sheet.

The notes will not bear interest.

At maturity, if the basket performance is positive, investors will receive par plus the greater of the basket performance or the booster percentage.

If the basket performance is less than zero but greater than the trigger level, investors will receive the booster percentage.

If the basket performance is less than the trigger level, investors will receive par.
