New York, March 1 Slovenia priced a 1.25 three-tranche tap of its 1% notes due 2028, 1½% notes due 2035 and 3 1/8% notes due 2045 (Baa1/A+/A-), according to a syndicate source on Thursday.
The 850 million of 2028 notes priced at 96.861 to yield mid-swaps plus 25 basis points. Total deal size is now 2.25 billion.
The 250 million of 2035 notes priced at 93.553 for a yield of mid-swaps plus 45 bps, and a total deal size now is 2.25 billion.
And the 150 million of 2045 notes priced at 119.894 for a yield of mid-swaps plus 55 bps. The total deal size is now 1.15 billion.
Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International Bank, HSBC and JPMorgan were leading the Regulation S transactions, which had order books in excess of 4 billion.
Abanka d.d. is co-lead manager for the taps.
Slovenias original 1.5 billion issue of 2028 notes priced on Jan. 11; a 1 billion tap of the 1½% notes due 2035 priced in August 2016, with the original 1 billion of 2035 notes pricing in March 2015. While the original 1 billion issue of 3 1/8% notes due 2045 priced in January 2017.
