New York, Sept. 20 – The Republic of Slovenia plans to add up to €700 million to its existing 2027 notes and 2040 notes, a market source said Wednesday.

The sovereign has set a deal size of €200 million of the 2027 notes, with price talk guided in the mid-swaps plus 22 basis points area. That is down from initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 25 bps area.

The size for the 2040 notes is capped at €500 million, and revised guidance is for a yield of mid-swaps plus 57 bps. Initial talk for this tranche was for a yield in the mid-swaps plus 60 bps area.

The size of the existing 2027 notes is €2.8 billion, and the size of the 2040 notes is €2.5 billion.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan are joint dealer managers for the Regulation S transactions.
