Slovenia plans to tap two issues due 2027, 2040

Chicago, May 16 – The Republic of Slovenia plans to tap two issues of notes due March 2027 and November 2040, a market source said.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank AG are stabilizing managers for the deal.

In March, Slovenia priced €1.3 billion in taps of its notes due March 22, 2027 and Nov. 3, 2040, according to Prospect News.
