Slovenia launches €2 billion notes due 2017, 2021; pricing Tuesday

Atlanta, April 1 - Slovenia launched €2 billion of notes due Oct. 9, 2017 and April 8, 2021 (Ba1/A-/BBB+), a market source said.

The €1 billion notes due in 2017 launched at mid-swaps plus 115 basis points. The €1 billion notes due 2021 launched at mid-swaps plus 173 bps.

Barclays, Commerzbank, HSBC, Societe Generale and Unicredit are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Pricing is expected on Tuesday.
