New Issue: Slovenia prices €1.5 billion 5 1/8% notes due 2026 to yield mid-swaps plus 130 bps

Atlanta, March 23 - The Republic of Slovenia priced €1.5 billion 5 1/8% notes due March 30, 2026 (Aa2/AA/AA) at 99.723 to yield 5.152%, or mid-swaps plus 130 basis points, a market source said.
Credit Agricole, ING, Societe Generale and Unicredit were the bookrunners for the deal.
The final book exceeded €3.6 billion, with more than 165 accounts involved.
