Atlanta, March 8 - The Republic of Slovenia priced €1 billion 2¾% notes (Aa2/AA/AA) due March 17, 2015 at 99.453 to yield mid-swaps plus 37 basis points, according to a market source.
Abanka Vipa, Commerzbank, RBS and SG CIB are the bookrunners for the deal.
