New Issue: Slovenia reopens 0.4875% notes due 2050 for €200 million tap

Chicago, Feb. 21 – Slovenia (A3/AA-/A) priced another tap issue of its 0.4875% notes due 2050, this time for €200 million, according to a market source.

The previous reopening was for €400 million on top of €1.25 billion outstanding. The new amount outstanding will be €1.85 billion. The additional notes are immediately fungible.

The reoffer price was 44.361 for a yield of 3.758%, or mid-swaps plus 115 basis points. Price guidance was in the mid-swaps plus 115 bps area.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

Barclays (billing and delivery), BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Erste Group are the joint bookrunners.
