New Issue: Slovenia prices €500 million 0.6875% notes due 2081 to yield 0.7%

New York, Jan. 27 – Republic of Slovenia priced €500 million of 0.6875% 60-year notes at 99.388 to yield 0.7%, or a spread of 75 basis points over mid-swaps, according to a market source on Wednesday.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and HSBC were bookrunners of the Regulation S transaction.
