By Rebecca Melvin

New York Oct. 13 – The Republic of Slovenia launched €1 billion of 30-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 50 basis points, according to a market source on Tuesday.

Pricing was tightened from mid-swaps plus 45 bps to 50 bps following earlier guidance in the mid-swaps plus 55 bps area and mid-swaps plus 65 bps area.

Barclays, Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs International Bank, JP Morgan and UniCredit are bookrunners of the Regulation S transaction.

The order book was in excess of €5.75 billion at the time the launch information was released.

The deal was expected to be allocated and priced later in the session.
