New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1 million of 9% yield notes tied to Skyworks

Columbus, Ohio, July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 9% yield notes due Oct. 18, 2016 linked to the common stock of Skyworks Solutions, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its strike value, $65.49, and has closed below the trigger value, $45.50, any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the stock’s decline beyond the strike value.
