By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Aug. 28 – Zeus II (Cayman) adjusted the exchange price of its zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2016 to ¥1,469.5635, according to a notice.

In May, the exchange price was lowered to ¥1,472.7094 from ¥1,517.4273, as previously reported.

The new exchange price became effective Aug. 25.
