Moody's rates SK Telecom notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to the proposed 5.5-year senior unsecured dollar-denominated notes issued by SK Telecom Co., Ltd.

The outlook is negative.

SK Telecom will issue the notes under its $3 billion global medium-term note program.

The notes rank pari passu with SK Telecom's other senior unsecured obligations. As such, the rating is in line with SK Telecom's A3 issuer rating.
