Korea's Posco lowers exchange price on ¥52.8 billion notes due 2013

Chicago, June 12 - Posco said it adjusted the exchange price on the Zeus (Cayman) ¥52,795,000,000 notes due 2013 exchangeable into American Depositary Shares of SK Telecom Co. Ltd. to ¥2,901.6775.

The old exchange price was ¥2,999.11.

Posco said the adjustment was due to the purchase of 591,100 additional SK Telecom shares with dividend proceeds.

The new exchange price was effective April 28.

Citibank NA is principal exchange agent for and on behalf of Zeus (Cayman).

Posco is a Seoul, Korea-based steelmaker and manufacturing firm.
