Sirva facing NYSE delisting

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 19 - The New York Stock Exchange intends to suspend trading of Sirva, Inc.'s common stock prior to the market's opening on Nov. 26, the company said in a news release Monday.

In addition, the NYSE plans to begin delisting procedures for the stock as it has been trading at "abnormally low share prices, making it unsuitable for continued listing," according to the company news release.

Sirva, a Chicago-based relocation solutions provider, does not plan to appeal the NYSE's decision.
