SiriusXM to redeem 8¾% senior notes due 2015 via new note offering

Minneapolis, July 29 - Sirius XM Radio Inc. plans to redeem its outstanding 8¾% senior notes due 2015 with the proceeds of a new senior notes offering, according to a press release.

The company will also use cash on hand for the redemption.

SiriusXM is a New York-based satellite radio provider.
