SiriusXM plans to redeem 2024 notes and 2026 notes with new offering

Chicago, Aug. 2 – SiriusXM Radio Inc., subsidiary of Sirius XM Holdings Inc., announced that it will fully redeem its $1 billion 5 3/8% senior notes due 2026 and $1 billion of its 4 5/8% senior notes due 2024, according to a press release on Monday.

The 2026 notes will be redeemed at 102.688 plus interest and the 2024 notes will be redeemed at 102.313 plus interest.

The company sold $1.5 billion of new notes as recently as early June, proceeds of which were used to redeem notes due 2022.

The radio broadcaster is based in New York.
