Wisconsin HEFA’s 2009B-1 Aurora Health bonds to be bought back

Norfolk, Va., July 17 – The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority said its $65 million of series 2009B-1 term rate revenue bonds issued for Aurora Health Care, Inc. are subject to mandatory purchase, according to a notice.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 15.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the bond trustee.
