Wisconsin HEFA organizes $115.32 million sale of Aurora Health bonds

New York, July 22 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to price $115.32 million of series 2013A revenue bonds for Aurora Health Care Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A3//A) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch and BMO Capital Markets LLC.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, acquire and renovate existing Aurora Health facilities, as well as to current refund the authority's series 2003 revenue bonds.
